Fazenda Fartura is a story of resilience, family and a relentless pursuit of quality. Nestled in the highlands of Serra do Salitre in Brazil's renowned Cerrado Mineiro region, the farm was established in 1986 when Geraldo Magelis Alves de Melo and his wife, Angela, transformed a modest subsistence farm into a dedicated coffee estate. Through hard work, perseverance and a long-term vision, they laid the foundations for what Fazenda Fartura has become today.

In 2013, the next generation took the reins. Sons Djalma and Gabriel embraced the family legacy while introducing a renewed focus on specialty coffee, combining generations of farming experience with technical innovation, sustainable practices and rigorous quality standards.

Today, Fazenda Fartura is part of the Essências Program, a curated network of producers recognised for exceptional quality, full traceability and environmentally responsible farming. Every lot reflects the family's commitment to continuous improvement while remaining true to the heritage that has shaped the farm for nearly four decades.

This exceptional lot is a Rubi variety grown at altitude and processed using anaerobic fermentation, resulting in an 87.5-point coffee with remarkable sweetness, complexity and balance.
