Welcome to acuratore.com (the 'Site'). Below are the basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

Transaction Currency and Pricing

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

Customer Service

Acuratore is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

Our roasters strive to pack and ship all orders within 2 business days of purchase, assuming freshly roasted product is available. Some roasters only roast beans once a week so you will need to expect a delay in receiving your goods. We have tried to make it very clear on the site the products that fall into this category.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Ongoing Subscriptions

If you signed up for an ongoing subscription your first charge will be on the day you purchased the subscription. After your first delivery we will then charge you each time we pack and send out your coffee subscription delivery, at the frequency you selected in your initial purchase.

Ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account or via email. Please note we require 3 business days notice to cancel your subscription if we are advised via email. You can read more about Subscriptions on the FAQ page.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Acuratore website, so if you receive damaged product, please let us know so we can promptly replace it. 

If you have accidentally been sent the wrong product, we are truly sorry. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange to send you the right one.

For all returns, please inform us in writing via the Contact Us form, and include in your name, date of purchase, the order number and which item in the delivery is being returned.  We will provide you with further information about returning your item.

Refund

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, as coffee is a perishable product.  However, if you accidentally ordered the wrong product then we are happy to arrange a swap assuming the original product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

These swaps need to occur promptly and no later than 7 days from shipment date. You, the customer, is required to pay for the shipping cost for the product being returned and for the shipping cost of the replacement item.  Please inform us in writing via the Contact Us form, and include in your name, date of purchase, the order number and which item in the delivery is being returned.  We will provide you with further information about returning your item.

Errors

Whilst Acuratore takes all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on the Acuratore website, from time to time there may be information on the website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, tax invoice or other document or information issued by Acuratore that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability.

Acuratore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted) without any liability on the part of Acuratore. Acuratore will not be bound by incorrect information which appears on the Acuratore website or in any other document or information issued by Acuratore.

Warranties

Acuratore products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policies above. The Acuratore website and all contents of this site are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of the Site, that your use of Acuratore's website is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of Acuratore's website, and that Acuratore shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site.

The Acuratore website and its contents are copyright. The contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the users of our Site. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying.
