El Encino comes from the highlands of Intibucá, Honduras, where young producer Suany Mileydi Mazariegos builds on her family’s coffee-growing knowledge while developing her own approach to quality.

Carefully washed, this coffee showcases the clarity and balance of its origin, with a bright, juicy profile and a smooth, silky texture. Notes of ripe apricot and orange blossom lead into red apple and fresh citrus, rounded out by caramel sweetness.

Lively yet gentle acidity brings freshness to the cup, while the lingering sweetness and clean finish make this a beautifully balanced coffee that continues to reveal its character as it cools.
