This coffee brings together two powerhouse specialty coffee producers from Colombia and Ethiopia.

This coffee is a regional lot made up by farmers from the region of Cauca in southern Colombia. Freshly harvested coffee cherries undergo a 36 hour fermentation before the coffee is depulped, washed and dried.

Qunquna Washing Station sits in the Bensa region of Sidama, Ethiopia and it receives coffee cherries from smallholder coffee farmers, who rely on organic farming practices.
