Project One Light was founded in 2021 by Olina Cai, a native of Yunnan, this young company has already is producing interesting and top-rated coffee varietals, winning over coffee enthusiasts everywhere with their incredible lots, and vision for a more sustainable and brighter future for Yunnan Coffee.

This lot has undergone an anaerobic fermentation, with the addition of natural yeasts in an oxygen-starved environment. This process allows delicate flavours to permeate the coffee beans, before they are laid to rest and sun-dry for several weeks. The result is unmissable floral fruit notes and sweetness in the cup. It's especially exceptional when brewed for a filter, showcasing notes of lychee and peach tea.
