Kii is the latest release in Mecca Coffee’s Kenyan series, returning for its fifth year with the unmistakable character of Kenyan coffee, vivid fruit, crisp acidity and a clean, structured finish.

Kii Factory sits on the slopes of Mount Kenya in Kirinyaga and takes its name from the nearby Kii River, whose clean water is used during processing. Around 850 smallholder farmers deliver cherry to the factory, one of three operated by the Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society.

This 2025/26 lot brings together SL28, Ruiru 11 and Batian and is fully washed, allowing the varieties, growing conditions and fruit character to shine without the influence of extended fermentation.

Bright, juicy and beautifully structured, Kii is a versatile coffee that performs across espresso and filter brew methods.
