This Ecuadorian coffee by Ángel Moreno comes from his 40 hectare farm, Finca El Tigre in Puyango. The region faces many challenges relating to crime, climate change and fertilizer costs, however, Angel is working through these issues and happy his micro-lot coffees are finding a market.
Expect a smooth and dynamic cup with a unique balance of sweetness and complexity. The caturra varietal adds a refined acidity, while the altitude contributes to a clean and bright flavour profile.
