Grown in the northern reaches of Colombia's Huila department, this coffee thrives at elevations above 1,800 metres, where rich volcanic soils, warm days and cool mountain nights create ideal conditions for exceptional coffee.

Unlike the lush southern valleys of Huila, this region is drier and warmer. Yet the high altitude slows the ripening of the cherries, allowing sugars and complex flavours to develop gradually before harvest.

Produced by small family farms, every stage, from selective hand-picking to careful washed processing, is carried out with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a beautifully balanced cup with rich dark chocolate, creamy vanilla sweetness and a vibrant lift of cranberry, combining comforting depth with lively, refreshing acidity.
