Three dedicated modes – standard weighing, espresso and pour-over – make it adaptable to different brewing routines. For pour-over preparation, the integrated Ratio Program takes the guesswork out of brewing, recording coffee weight, calculating coffee-to-water ratios and guiding each stage of the pour with an automatic countdown.

For espresso, the auto-tare and auto-timing functions activate during extraction, allowing you to monitor dose, yield and extraction time with precision. Its responsive sensor measures in 0.1g increments, while the included protective case doubles as a platform to raise the scale closer to the portafilter, helping minimise mess during extraction.

Lightweight and measuring just 90 × 95 mm, the Exagram Pro is equally suited to the home coffee bar and brewing on the go. A rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 15 hours of use, while the removable silicone pad offers heat and scratch protection.
