Producer Aneiuson Souza has been working in coffee for two decades, having inherited his 16-hectare farm, Sitio Capão, when he was in his early 20s. When he first took over the property, Aneiuson used the knowledge gained from his degree in Agriculture Technology to overhaul the farm’s coffee program and maximise the land’s potential. Today, two-thirds of Sitio Capão is planted with specialty-grade coffee, and Aneiuson has won several awards for his output.
