The Gondo Wet Mill located in the Mathioya District, is operated by the New Kiriti Farmers Cooperative Society which has 560 members. Coffee is picked and brought to the factory that same day for selection and hand sorting before depulping begins. The ripe cherry is processed using freshwater from the Gondo River and the coffee is then dried under full sun. They are then carefully fermented, sun-dried and washed again before delivery to the dry mill.

Love the sweetness of this lot with tasting notes of ripe blueberry as well as citrus and milk chocolate. Some floral notes are also present in the aroma. It has all the complexity and sparkling acidity that is typical of a Kenyan coffee.
