The House Blend showcases the best of Reuben Hill's seasonal coffees. Brazil forms a smooth, chocolatey base with caramel sweetness. Colombia adds weight and body, its stone fruit notes reflecting the high-altitude farms where the beans ripen slowly. Ethiopia brings a delicate lift, floral notes with a bright blueberry sweetness, a nod to the unique terroir.

This blend is a fruitier, more floral take on the O.G. Blend, versatile enough to shine both black or with milk. Its lighter medium roast allows the layered flavours to come through in every cup, making it perfect for espresso, long black, or a creamy milk-based coffee

Reuben Hills aim to support their producers long-term with the goal to increase the quality of production through farmer training, improved agricultural practices and providing the latest information on sustainable farming. They do this by paying producers some of the highest returns for their coffee as directly as possible. Establishing a transparent, trust-based relationship with smallholder farmers to help support sustained industry growth as best they can.

Reuben Hills was established in 2012 as a boutique micro roastery based in Surry Hills NSW. They travel to coffee producing countries around the world meeting farmers, cupping their coffees and selecting beans to showcase to Australian customers.
