This is a first time purchase by Reuben Hills from Henry Gonzalez and his dedicated team of 30. At origin they cultivate 40,000 castillo coffee trees, interspersed with plantain, yuca, and corn crops. The farm's strategic location benefits from warm desert breezes from the nearby Tatacoa Desert, creating a unique microclimate. This creates a pretty unique cup - Mango and creamy vanilla with sugar cane sweetness undertones.
