Working closely with smallholder farmers across the surrounding kebeles, Sookoo Coffee produces both natural and washed coffees, with each lot named after the community it originates from, a reflection of place and provenance in every cup.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe cherries are primarily the varieties Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112, selections released by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center in 1974.
